Quick, Easy, and FREE!

We will gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise within 90 days of order delivery date for store credit or refund. Plus, we’ll pay for your return shipping.

For your convenience, the eligibility of products is listed on the Returns section of each Product Information page.

Process: It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...

  1. Go to your My Account page and select My Orders.
  2. Locate the order for which the product was purchased.
  3. Select "Create RMA" and follow instructions.

NOTE: Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with all original product tags attached. Please do not ship shoes back without the original shoe box. Place the original shoe box inside a shipping box to avoid damage.

What is your warranty period?

All Overton Workshop brands are guaranteed to live up to your hard-charging lifestyle. We offer a 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase on all products. This warranty applies to defective materials and workmanship.

Please note, that we can offer an exchange or store credit for items approved under warranty, but we do not perform repairs. For defective products purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly. Our 1-year warranty still applies but must be processed directly through the retailer.

Can I return an item I purchased at a different retailer?

Sorry, we only accept returns and warranties on products purchased directly from OvertonWorkshop.com. If you purchased your item from a different retailer, please contact that retailer.

Are there exceptions?

Yes, due to certain health, safety, and hygiene guidelines swimwear, bras, underwear, and other similar items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. Some clearance items are final sale only and are marked Non-Returnable. Additionally, some items may have warranty restrictions. In this circumstance we will provide you with specific instructions on how the return will be handled. For your convenience, the eligibility of products is listed on the Returns section of each Product Information page.

What if the item received is wrong, damaged, or defective?

Are exchanges available for a different size/color/etc.?

To expedite an exchange, we recommend that you place a new order and then return the unwanted item.

Will I be notified when my item return has been received?

Yes, you will receive an email notification from our Customer Service Team indicating that your item has been received and your store credit or refund has been issued.

Items you place in your cart are reserved for you for 20 minutes. If you do not check out before the timer runs out, they will be removed from your cart and made available for others to purchase.
